1969 COPO Chevelle built in Framingham,MA?

This is not a post car and the tail lights are not 300 deluxe. There were never any Malibu molding on this body. This is my friends car and he was talking to someone that knew about this lost car and where the 427 motor was in RI. The person never got back to him yet and he doesn't have his phone number.

The person's name is Alex,and don't know last name.
He is from Long Island and belongs to the Pontiac club!!

I forgot to include that this has the SS hood the car had all the original paint!!!!
