ALbert PS very cool find [/ QUOTE ] so are you offering way more than $1200 if so he should sell it to you I have sold 20-30 rears in the past couple months so I have a pretty good idea of what its worth its not like finding a be camaro rear end but to get a chevelle rear end that will bring $1200 is a great find the chevelle stuff just dosent bring the big bucks like camaros even though it should jmo

If it is for a Z16 only I believe it is like finding a BE rear end. MRREC where are you ?

What I know about the Z16 rear end. It is unique in every way. It has special axles and tubes that are from the larger passenger car cut down to fit the Chevelle housing. So, it also has the larger axle bearings and 11 inch drums from the big cars. They only made this axle for the Z16 and we all know there were only 201 of those cars ever made. There is a Z16 owner out there that will be needing this correct axle.
