There are usually more than one sheet in a given car. The best place to look is in the rear seat - back portion. The sheet is frequently found wrapped around the seat frame under the cover - which requires the removal of several hog rings in order to pull it out in once piece. Maybe there's another sheet to be found?

Oh! If it has the protecto plate, then the engine suffix will tell you if it's an SS or not! Only the 300HP 350 was available in the SS, and it was not available in non-SS Novas.

Don't dismiss car because of the 10 bolt...wouldn't be the first time somebody broke a rear and used another one that was handy...check the axle stamp code...69 model year will have a 2 letter code.....the POP will tell the story...the L48 was SS only. Good luck....by the way, you mentioned power brakes...but are they disc..??? don't rule out build sheet in the front seat...I have found several there over the years...
