Was this the same car that was owned by a guy named Morris, and was for sale at Larz Anderson?
IIRC, it had some visible previous quarter work behind the rear wheels (lower quarters), and some weird stuff going on with panel gaps, especially the front fenders at the windshield. Was all of this repaired as well before the auction? Even with the flaws it was a nice car, though Morris wanted too much for it at the time. I'm curious what the auction price ended up being, and/or what driver-caliber cars like this are currently bringing. I've gotten the green light from the boss, and I'm now looking for a driver Z that I can set up for track days.
