My error,I believe those 4/66 dates are in relation to the Vacuum advance release itself,not the Distributors assembly date.
I just checked an unrestored #1169 from an 1967 L-35 Chevelle and it's holding a 12 degree #1115360 V/Advance.Chevrolet records confirm it too as original equipment,yet Delco records say it used a #201.
I would use the MS 12 #360 for your #1169.
