Didn't Mark Meekins feature one in his 'Chevelle Report' a few years ago? (I probably still have the issue somewhere.)

I have some of those old Chevelle Reports also. Do you remember an approximate year?

Not really. I honestly don't recall when the 'Report' ceased production. I'll try to look up my copies over the weekend.
One of the other 'Ricks' might remember the article.

The only article I recall was Bill Clements, Black, Red Stripe, Red interior LS-6 convert with Aluminum heads. The article was run in the mid 80's in Musclecar Review or one of the other "Muscle" magazines of that time.

------Rick,,, I also have vivid memory of Billy telling me that either the car had a fiberglass cowl-induction hood or he had one for it that was a factory piece.......Bill S

Bill; Yes it had a one off Fiberglass hood supposedly a GM prototype . The build sheet showed some real strange things like F-70-15 wheel tire combo as well, Very Questionable as to the originality of the doc's and car !!!
