looks like your original head pipe is a little longer from the bend up to the gasket.

If it's not the angle of the photo--Yeah it does look like the bend was started early from the flaired flange....

Glad to see such urgencies for what I assume is getting the car ready for Chevel-Abration.

Great work....keep up the intensity. I`m sure Gardner will make it right. Show them this thread.

It looks like the orig.pipe is for w/o heat riser valve and Eric's pipe is shorter for the heat riser.

The two pipes are exact in every detail except for the flattened out area. Gardners pipes are very close in every detail to the factory that is why we use them. (we just have to get them to make a more accurate rear hanger.....)
