Since there's no tranny bolts I wonder if it's a scattershield apparatus that bolts on over the stock bell housing using longer mounting bolts into the block? See if it fits over a bellhousing.

Just a guess based on the use of the "Impacto" word.

I thought exactly that at first, but there is no way it will fit over a bellhousing . It is listed as a chevy V* scattershield, but maybe there are more parts to this that replace the stock bell?

most likely a V-Drive boat, nothing but a flywheel and coupler to contain at the back of the motor if it flew apart.
