[b] I remember seeing this multi-colored metalflaked Nova run at West Hampton years before this shot
which was taken in the eighties - - ![]() - - You can see the Nova's rear in the back of this shot - - ![]() - - This Nova from the Bronx was built by Charlie & Freddie Bauer out of C&F Race Cars in Mt. Vernon - Mike Ragusa was a BIG guy and this thing was still scary fast C&F built some great cars and dragsters - - ![]() - ![]() - ![]() -

[b] Early sixties street racer - center grill bar and center stainless side trim removed -
fender skirts, dual mirrors, center antenna and cone hubcaps! The full continental kit on the back didn't help the pickup though! - - ![]() -

[b] They did a 6 point bar and a lot of chassis and rear end work and much more on my Camaro.
They know all the performance and handling tricks. Besides Charlie & Freddie being great guys and a class act it was always a pleasure just to hang at their shop and see all the work in progress. They build everything, Dragsters, Pro Stocks, Pro Streets - They were building a Cobra Daytona Coupe from scratch to run at Bonneville the last time I was there. - - ![]()

The red 69 Camaro was mine. Ran 10.13 at 135 mph. True street car in 1990.
