Default Re: Need a Rivet?

Keith some years back a former Gm employee gave me a bag of the original grill rivets for my 66 impala. In the bag was a rod about 4 inches long 3/8 round stock and stepped down at the end. I could never see how I would use it for the grill rivets but now hearing your story I bet it was a punch for these.
