The answer is Gary Moore who was in those two bands....and the "Skid Row" part was the trick part of the question...not to be confused with Sebastian Bach  Still got the Blues for you can be found Here! GREAT song!

Start with the members of Buffalo Springfield and do a 'Family Tree'. How many groups were formed from those original members and their spin-off groups? CSN (&Y), Poco, Souther-Hillman-Furay, all the way to Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt and Eagles. It's amazing. Another Trivia question. Who was the lead singer for 'Vinegar Joe'? (Never Met a Dog/Sneakin' Sally Through the Alley)
