Default 1978 Trans-Am F/S Black and Gold

I just bought this car and restored it. The car is set up like an SE car with black paint gold exterior accents and black interior. The car has 103,000 miles if I remember right. It came with factory A/C, power windows and custom interior.

The car was purchased with a crank problem. I pulled the engine and replaced the damaged crank. I put in fresh bearings and new gaskets in the engine except head gaskets since everything else looked good. I then detailed the engine bay and replaced the numbers matching 400. The car comes with factory A/C and has most all of the A/C components there. The car will be ready next week. The car was just painted two days ago and is still in the wet sanding and polishing stage. The only thing I didn't like about the body is the aftermarket front fender flares. They don't fit like they should but being a black car you really don't notice.

Just about every part that I could fit in my sand blast cabinet was sand blasted and repainted. These parts were things like the brackets, hood hinges, core support brackets, etc.

The car has a huge number of NEW parts including;
SE decals and hood bird
tires
battery tray and battery
paint
windshield (rear window removed and resealed)
Black Custom Seat Covers
Bucket Seat To Shoulder Harness Strap Retainer
Rear Seat Shelves (package tray)
Interior Door Lock Knob Kit
Door Panel Emblem with Power Windows
Console Glove Box Assembly
Interior Dome Lens Kit
Front End Panel Crest
Emission Sticker 400 A/T (RY)
Harrison Evaporator Box Decals
Air Conditioning Compressor Decals
Trunk Jacking Instructions
Caution Cooling Decals
Reproduction Door Sill Plates
Chrome Door Handles
Trans Am Shaker Scoop to Hood Seal
Deluxe Door Panels
Headliner
Nylon Door Panel Retainer Clips
Accelerator Pedal Trim Plate
Auto Trans Brake Pedal Pad Trim Plate
Park Brake Pedal Trim Plate
Custom Audiosound AM/FM Radio
Radio Bezel
Door Window Glass Run Outer
Door Bumper
Trunk Lid Bumpers
Windshield Molding Clips
Sheet Metal Attachment Bolt
Windshield Washer Bottle
Windshield Washer Bottle Cap
Lug Nuts (correct for snowflake wheels, $72)
Trunk gasket
Door Gaskets
Roof rail gaskets
Exhaust tips
Steering wheel and horn button

The car will be ready early next week and I will sell it for $14,995. I have attached a couple pics during the process. More pics to follow.
