I'd be interested in the small block, 4 spd, air car, but how do you negotiate down that far. Eventualy the owner may may come to his senses but I sure don't want to be the first one to tell him. He's going to think your trying to steal the car and he knows what he's got!

Watched one to many aution telecast IMO.

Guys,

I looked at the car today, will post pics asap. Real Survivor in the truest sense of the word, low mileage, 26013, highly documented, original bill of sale, GMAC paperwork, tank sticker, GM letter of congratulations to the new corvette owner, and more, original owner till 2005, Harry Mann Chevy licence plate brackets, black CA plates, paint was "scuffed, sprayed and polished" in 94. I take that as wet sanded and clear coated? Paint has a few touched up chips on the nose and one on the pass side. Owner has the original tires, original battery, hard top. Only work done to the car supposedly was the paint work, stainless brakes in 81, gas tank in 97, front end work in 69 and 97. Still has chalk marks and paper stickers in various locations.

Trim tag reads 67 467 S3521
402AA 984AA
Vin 194677s10xxxx

Nice piece if someone is looking for a small block 4spd 67 vette.

I will be working on the pics now.

Here are some docs... Unfortunately no $100K in the glove box, only a POP from Harry Mann Chevrolet. [image][/image] [image][/image] [image][/image] [image][/image] [image][/image]

The little key chain license plates are pretty cool: [image][/image] [image][/image] [image][/image]
The original owner is deceased so I didn't figure posting his name and address would matter, at least to him.

Great Paperwork... seems like a nice car.
Harry Man was a Hi-Po dealer. Sold some cool cars too.

I know someone who bought a very low mile original 327/300 last year for money close to that one. It has a ton of nice paper, and is a rare color option that has never been touched since coming out of the original owners collection. I know what it was bought for, and a rare cars net worth is whatever someone is willing to pay.

Nice car you have there.

That beautiful blue with blue/white interior 1965 Corvette roadster with 21,000 miles and a 365 horse motor sold at Bloomington for about 160K to 170K last summer and it was an amazing car with good options. That is getting into uncharted waters, even on a nice car like that. It was certainly one of the best original Corvettes I've ever seen. I believe it bit to 170K with a no sale a few weeks ago at Mecum.
