512 is the last three digits of the block casting number.....Delete set ups were sold over the counter and for export use only....also(I believe) for our 50th state..Per federal law in 1969 which required a defroster.
Please explain "fully documented COPO body" .....Nothing to imagine...It is or it ain't.....I'm reluctant to describe little things that constitute a COPO....I don't want to help create one..I'm lead to believe more things have been modified on this car as time has gone by..... Steve
