Does anyone know what month the 302 emblem was replaced by the Z/28 emblem on the 1968? Saw a LeMans blue 1968 that had the 302 type. Later on it got a new intake manifold under warranty. Don't know what the issue was there. Thanks.

The 302 emblem was superseded by the Z/28 emblem in mid March of '68.

Tim,
Just don't blast that one wheel with the original paint and tire on it. And that smog pulley is original, though it's not deepgroove. Personally, I would reuse/restore most of the parts that are with the car since most are original.

Hey Kurt, didn't Bob S's red '68 Z which came from Berger also have red painted rally wheels on it?
