New member - old Motion fan

I have read every page of postings and downloaded all the pictures to my Motion file.

They were being driven down to North Carolina to the new owners. The mechanics were joking regarding the likelihood of both making the trip unscathed with the big cams & steep gears.
I have a bunch of slides from 67-69 at Islip and West Hampton that I need to go through, I know there are some Motion cars in there. I'll need to have some prints made to scan and send in. I'm attaching a picture of the Astoria-Chas vette taken out at Hampton and an article on the Ribbon Camaro I had not seen posted.

Do you recall any of the 70 Chevelles at the dealership? The one that would have stood out was the white one with a tan vinyl top.

I was usually there to drool over the Camaro's - There is only one Chevelle that sticks in my mind. That was a black '68. I was not that fond of '68's until I saw that car! Sorry
