Okay so the guy won't sell the car to you; do you think you could convince him to wash it and clean all that crap out from the interior and in the engine compartment? It is painful seeing cars treated like that; such a waste.

The stickers on the windshield are your standard NY state reggie and inspection dated 1977, a great indicator of how long the car has been out of service. The black stuff in the interior is shells, no droppings that I could see, and no odor at all when I was checking out the data tags..
