Charley sneaked off to Jamaica for a few days, but Howard...call Gil Nevarez at 702-499-1222 or PM me with your phone number and I'll call you.
Nevarez Racing Products He's the BEST in this part of the world. SS I could be wrong, but I think Detroit Speed did the turbos on the Mule. Detroit Speed |

Bruse, Thanks for the link! Thats exactly the one I thought I wanted but I'm wrong.
Steve, Thanks for info. as well. Nevarez might be able to help. I'm researching some vendors to help in a custom Camaro build and the thread or post I was looking for had some comments about your Z06 Steve and then Charley followed up with some details about the "Mule" and a link to a website for the guys that built it or something. Any help in finding this topic would be appreciated. I checked Detroit Speed and it wasn't them. It could just be the failing memory and ramblings of a middle aged white guy. ![]() ....a trip to Jamaica for a guy who has a car named "The Mule"...where do you suppose he got the inspiration for the name.... ![]()

I believe Detroit Speed was involved. Here is a link to a spec sheet on the motor. I could not find the post where he said who was doing the work, but I found where he indicated the Mule and the Red Witch were off in Detroit getting some work done. The Mule name came from what Mark Stielow called the car when he was building it. Coolest license plate I have seen is the one Charley has for the car "El Burro".

You know, maybe I'm wrong on this but when I look at that golf photo, it makes me think that it was meant to be viewed by one or two close friends of the participants and not posted for thousands of people to see on this very popular web site. I wonder if there were any future politicians in that photo.
