It should be a CY suffix.
The date assembled was stamped in the upper right,and the serial No. was stamped in the lower right.

What year is your CB trans. tag?
The CB suffix was used beginning in 1966 up to 1977 on many engine applications. If it shows a 1970 production year,then it came behind a 1970 454 LS-4/345HP & LS-5/390HP Big Passenger series vehicle only.
