SS El Caminos represent an outstanding value compared to SS Chevelles, usually 1/3 to 1/2 the price, including LS-6s and L-78s.
IMHO, you can usually pick up a nice one for much less than it cost to restore it. Good luck, BCD.

I'm a sucker for Whiteline tires on Gobi Beige.
 Add a replacement master cylinder,1971 License plate,remove those plastic cowl grates,missing TCS,wrong W/S washer pump,no radiator cooling label and the underside of the hood incorrectly painted body color to the incorrect list. All easy fixes. Kudos to the restorer for including the correct CHEVROLET grille emblem,and not making the common mistake of putting on CHEVELLE. I'd value it as it sits now at $28-35K,w/o seeing it in person. I personally would like to own this Elco if you pass on it.
