After trying to clean the Grill after dis-assembly, as you can see in the first picture......the cleaner I used ate thru the Annodizing and it still didn't get all of the dis-coloration off the grill.....
I sent the upper and lower Grill sections out and had them......Stripped......Bright Dipped......and Re-Annodized......just got them back and re-applied the flat Black paint per factory......they turned out pretty good.....check out the pic's

Careful! The chlorine from that Hot Tub will discolor the new grille!

I have some corvette rocker moldings that need re-anodizing...

Automatic Anodizing in Chicago.....ask for Howard...I dropped it off and picked it up two days later
If I were to do it again.....I would have removed "ALL" traces of the Factory Black out paint ......The stripping process left a Flakey residue where the paint was......It painted over quite easily.....But.....
