OK; You guys can have the yard (plenty of trees from which to hang your hammocks). In case of rain, you may have the extra horse stall (no extra charge for the spiders). The garage is all yours (excluding its contents). For those who wish to participate, you have access to a nice stretch of blacktop for the burnout sessions (just watch the shutdown lane, it turns to gravel in a BIG hurry). You will have running water (for human use only, the car/truck wash is 5 miles north). If needed, there are two more barns within walking distance. Burn barrels will be provided (wood also provided but you will have to gather it yourselves). Since there are no neighbors, cow tipping (please leave the horses alone), loud music and late night burnout contests will be allowed even encouraged.

The ladies, wives and I get the house, the refrigerator, TVs and the indoor plumbing (we'll have to flip a coin for the only room with air conditioning). Plus we reserve the right to participate in any beer drinking and/or burnout session we so choose.

Now.......... where did I put the phone number for the porta-potty rental company?
