I do not think he has had it repaired yet. I personally think he tried to hook up the tach himself, possibly to a late model ignition, could not get it to work(broke it), then sent it to the repair shop. I am always one to try to look at both side of the story but am having trouble with this one. If I take the tach back then I get back less than I original sold since the tach was working when I sold it.
