Go carting was an impromptu event. Problem with Charley is that he presents too much surface area to the wind and creates drag. Even though his head and neck are much like a pencil there was just too much sticking up to overcome the drag. Colin and Mike G paid the dude off to give them a fast cart since they knew they were at a distinct disadvantage with me on the track. I took a 2 person cart just to demonstrate the capabilities of proper technique.NOt sure what happened there but I looked over and Mike G was sideways in the tires and all crossed up by a 12 year old kid

That crazy women was also a menace on the track. Before the race started she was penalized for unfair practices and had to start last. She past Charley as well. Steve B. tried to take me out a few times, but he was left in the dust. I believe Colin ultimately was the winner/cheater.

I am curious to read more about the above three axle stacker trailer.......and its primary purpose (race car or just expensive trailer to move multiple show cars).....
My NHRA race car friend Jeff Lane had the below trailer built in Kentucky(almost$100K). He puts two race cars on upper deck and only Scion (box looking car) golf cart and minibikes on lower level along with all the extra parts and tools....

I would also like to read and see comments on other guys misc tag a long trailers (20'-24'),at SCR9 and there tow trucks and HONEST Fuel Milage............

Say, does anyone know who the was reponsable for doing that crazy burnout at the end of the show....I believe they were part of the Camaro Club parked outside.

The car was a Blue 69 Z-28 Camaro....he lost control, locked up the brakes and then did a 180 degree turn....almost like that of a Vintage Big Wheel.

Guys like this ruin events such as the SCR....he was lucky not to run into anyone, especially the Yenko that pulled out in front of him.

If anyone knows of or has any pictures of this person....please notify Tom Clary. He should be band from the SCR event.

Dan.

That car was sitting in the outdoor show. I saw it pull in and noticed it was a similar paint scheme to Dave's RS/ZL1. No idea who it was but there's always someone who feels the need to take things past a safe and sane level.

Kim...It was great to finally talk with you for a while (more than 5 seconds...that is). Let me know when the "blow tube" is hooked up and ready to go

To the rest of you that offered the thanks...it's really not needed . I just had a blast meeting up with the guys from last year...and meeting new people this year.

Aside from all of the cool cars, my favorite thing is to listen to all of the stories that everyone has to tell. It's bench racing at it's best

Also, it was great having dinner with "Neutral Drop" Colin, Mike G.,Stefano and (oops, I can't remember his name...the guy shooting pics for his book)on Thursday night. Thanks for the dinner treat Colin

The same thing applies to Darren and his friend Bob, John Platania and Ken Tibor and his wife. Ken treated us all to lunch on Saturday. Thanks to all of you! Just think...it's only like 361 days to the next reunion!
