We had a wonderful time at the banquet tonight...Then came the auction for Supercar memorabilia...

Are you ready???? Over 3500 dollars was raised for the Nick and Kelly Childrens Heart Fund

Here are a few pics of auctioneer Joe Barr...and his excellent assitant Tom Clary.

I will be honored to present the check to the people who run the fund! A big heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped out!

Last shot of the night is of Dan Vasic(postsedan) and the wonderful Chevelle post that he restored just in time for Vettefest. I recently found out that this is the FIRST Chevelle in the history of Vettefest that has won the top gun award (I hope I got that right

Bruce....thanks for the kind words...but I must mention that this restoration was a team effort by my business partner Don and our painter Rick. They unfortunetly could not make the trip down....look for them at SCRX.

Pretty sure the SCW and a bunch of others repaired Frankies Deuce when it went down last year too...thats what it's all about I guess.
