As far as the no "One" correct hose... I have begun to figure that out... WOW I have collected more pics of hoses than I thought humanly possible. I am really just tired of paying for reproduction pieces that are no where close to correct. It is insane that the resto guys charge stratospheric prices for crap that my 2 year old niece could tell is different than the original... Wish someone would start a resto parts company like Ames... where they would tell you whether the part was exact... so so... needed alot of work... or not very good but the only thing available. At least then you can make an educated decision.
