Good question...I've never personally seen that set up. Only have the schematic in the 68 Delco Service manual..part number 7305211..The multiplex unit is like the std. four knob underdash setup like 67.Not the 68 console type. It would mount under the glove box area...My 68 has the AM/FM mono with the 8-Trk....I've done some research on 68's.....

Steve, Thats soo cool!
 My 68 has the am/fm mono with the 8-track stereo combo too! very rare to have both options. mine is in a vert.
