Just keep in mind that those sent messages count in the "total" number of messages that you can have. So , for example...if you have 196 sent messages that you've kept a copy of...and 4 meeages in your inbox...your PM box will be "full".

Don't forget you need to check the 'keep a copy' box at the very first before you preview your message? . No way to add the save box after you're into the preview stage and backing up loses everything....don't-cha' just love it when that happens!?! .
