Tag is real but looks like it has been off the car. Never seen one built in that timeframe without filler in the rivets. Also, the rivets do not look like they have been crushed the same way than done at the factory. Where the heck is Mark when you need him?

It is impossible to certify a COPO or Z/28 as authentic without verifying that it is not a rebody...
