[ QUOTE ]
I would go with black. I'm curious, why are you asking others what color you should paint your car? Jason [/ QUOTE ] Jason, If you really want to read into the fine print I was not asking what color I should paint my car, I was asking what color looks good on a 1967 Chevelle. I'm looking for ideas, or better inspiration. We're new to the Chevelle scene and just trying to get a feel. Thanks for asking. -Dan

Since it currently has no interior, I would go with a triple black combo. A black vinyl top, body, and interior would look killer.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say.......Paint it whatever the trim tag says...
More than likely it is some cool 60's earth tone seldom seen today...Or... be like the other 99 million Chevelles and go red,blue,black....yawn....Green,gold and brown.... ![]() Steve ![]() |

I vote for the wild 60's paint job (you know, lace patterns, flames, gold leaf, etc) or the mid 80's street freak wild paint schemes with all of the candy colors...dare to be different!

Deepwater Blue is close to my Danube Blue, and that looks great. I also like Grenada Gold.. not a fan of the traditional RED or Marina Blue, White, Butternut Yellow, etc...
Mountain Green is cool also! Mike Crown |
