Awesome! Great photo. The Buick was running DOT slicks and I cut a good light: .139 to his .750. He ran a 13.40 but I got there first with a 13.80. I love how Mopars launch, they hop up on their haunchs instead of power squatting like GM cars do. The Super Stock rear springs help too (Gotta thank the original owner for installing them.)

I will try and post some more pics of the races tommorow after I get a chance to resize them. There were some realy good races overall and it was nice to get out and watch in person for once even if it was only 2 hours of it. Some of the cars were inching pretty close to the 6 second mark, one time was I believe 7.097. |
