Anders I dont think they will let me race it with no front clip!!!! Plus I'm still saving the money up for the Super Muncie...

unless you want the look of shackles, why not pull your springs off and have them rearched by a local shop, check out 4x4 or heavy equipment repair shops, most will build you a set of springs or rearch yours. i bought a set of repro 5 leaf springs and had to get them dearched to get the car out of the air.

I had Detroit Eaton make me a set for mine that are 1 and 1/2" higher than factory. The springs and complete bushing set was less than 400 bucks. I went the rearch route first, but it changed the ride a lot. Plus springs have a "memory" and they will settle back down. All this info is on the Eaton site. The new springs and new shocks make the car ride nice.

Another plus was the springs are Made In The USA.

I would install the 'H' blocks. I had them on my first Nova, they will give you the requisite lift without having to put the maximum psi in the air shocks = a nicer ride!
