Much improved location this year w/Barrett-Jackson size tents, but we still need an Amy.
Reggie Jackson & Jim Mattison were there,as well as many from this site.
Saw Harry & Chris looking at Corvettes as usual..Fred was all over the Chevelles while Ron was taking notes.
Dave Steinberg had a really Nice Vendor set up for his Signage and Memorbilia.Quality work! (Nice NICKEY clock Stefano )
Damn near Chevelle Heaven,as there were over 24 1969 and over 26 1970 Chevelles there, with a few more in the parking lot.
I noticed many cars were being bought up by the same single individuals, for what ever that's worth..

-Lot# -Add 6% Sellers & 5% Buyers Fee onto SOLD prices.
*S545-27 Mile Red LS-6 Chevelle-Bid to 400K-No Sale

*S557.1-1970 Monaco Orange Calif. L-78 Chevelle w/CE Block-Bid to 90K,wants 125K.
*S558.1-White 1969 ZL-1 Reggie Jackson Camaro-Bid to 650K wants at least 1 Million.(from the owner of the Briggs 1 Million LS-6 Convert. at Barrett/Jackson)
*S563-1970 Red/White Chevelle SS Convert.-65K No Sale.
*S565-1969 Yellow SS 39K mile Camaro-Sold 84K

Friday they were lean on bidders, but saturday was a little better. They need tv coverage, hype equals $$$$$ more sales. Roger

Last I saw,John O.'s Red 68 Gibb Nova was bid to 235K,with a No Sale.
He literally ran out of gas and needed to push it on stage..
He got 340K for the his meticulously restored 69 RG Yenko Camaro.
The three ZL-1 engines could have been bought for 75K.
Reggie J. was interested, but wanted to talk to the man who assembled them first for exact internal details.
Monday brought some phenominal deals!

Wow! A 69 Yenko Camaro sold for $340K? That's strong money. Was there anything special about this Gibb Nova like a 427 or was it the stock L78?
