Default Re: oil pan for a '67 chevelle

A 1967 Chevelle 396 would use the same 4 quart pan as a Camaro or Nova. If you have the 5 quart Corvette, Passenger, Truck pan it will not fit.

Another possibility is incorrect motor mounts. The wider '69-style interlock mount will fit loosely on the '67 frame brackets but are thinner than the correct mount causing the engine to be positioned too low in the chassis. The correct mount is a very tight fit on the frame bracket.
