It is my understanding that the resonators were a mid year addition to both SB and BB cars. I believe the the change over was sometime late winter/early spring...pretty sure all the Deuces came with resonators(experts pleae correct if I am mistaken)The resonators may have been introduced about the same time the dual-snorkel setup came out. Noise reduction was probably the motivation. I have several Novas with Gardner sysyems and they work very well. Don't think they will sell individual components though...

Thanks guys!!! My Novas are my kids too. Out of curiosity how much does a Gardner exhaust system cost? I will probably go this route for sure as I have read many good things about Gardners craftsmanship.

You are correct, all of the Yenko Deuce Novas came with the resonator version of N10. The first batch of Deuce Novas was produced in 05D, just for a point of reference when trying to determine the introduction of the option.
To my knowledge, Gardner only sells complete kits - their resonator package is perfect, I won't monkey with it no matter how bad I'd like another few tenths in the 1320 ![]()

As always this site is REAL helpful once again, Definetly the heavy hitters of the Nova owners replied and I greatly appreciate it. I have been around Novas a long time myself and I always learn something new here that the books have voids in. Thanks again

We just finished installing a Gardner exhaust on a camaro. They're worth every penny. Had a nice visit with the owner Eric. They take a great deal of pride in they're product, and it shows.
