I bet the rear SS emblem that can be seen in Marlin's pics was added by another owner too.. Probably at the same time the grill SS emblem was added.

Very possible, sort of like the wheels - lots of things got changed.

Very cool pictures, thanks for sharing

[/ QUOTE ] Yeah, what are those like L60s on 15x8"s? Even jacked to the sky like that they'd have to rub. I guess it was worth it to look cool.

[/ QUOTE ]I think it's safe to say they're plenty bigger than the E70 14"s it would have worn out of Willow Run. I was just pointing out that they're obviously greatly oversized and not something Yenko would have likely installed and sold new like that. It was probably delivered with XTs like most 69 sYc Novas and had Cragars and bigger tires added on day 2 by the owner. I'd bet it had shock extenders in front and air shocks in the rear to get it sitting like that too.

Agreed!
They might be L60-14's, but not 15's as I had a set of 15's on my first Nova - had to jack the rear end up pretty tall to keep the lips from cutting into the tires

Oh my God, give me a heart attack, i think that is the most beautiful car on the planet, can't afford it now, but, i found a perfect 69 body, 69 date coded 512 block, Muncie M-21, BV 12 bolt rear, and am destined to have what they call these day's a "recreation", the good news now is that i will drive the ever loving ---- out of it and it will be a trailer queen. Of All my cars that was by far my "favorite" of all time, ever. Dave, don't sell it unless you feel it in your heart to re-unite it with the guy who loves them, THE MOST!PLEASE!
