Here is a link to there site. If I remember correctly in my request for my cars owner history, I Selected form#46449 an check the fourth to last box on page two. It starts with "An individual or representative of an organization which will use these records for research activities and statistical reports"....

I would be very interested as well. My search has reached back to 1978 in Indiana. So I'm at a dead end unless I can get those records.

Gah Indiana has alot more options than Mississippi. I believe my car was last registered around '78 in Mississippi. But im at a dead end!

You may want to go to corvetteforum.com (C3 General). I believe someone there posted about having some luck w/Mississippi. I believe they also have old records stored somewhere.
