Hope to get the 70 L78 to the Englishtown event, has taken me about three years to restore, should take about 3 minutes to blow it up, but can't wait

I am not sure what you are asking? There are 2 classes, Factory Stock is basically what it says F.A.S.T..is Factory APPEARING stock tire...where internal engine mods are allowed.....see website for deeper detailed info.
