How about an edelbrock q-jet? Anyone try one? Like or dislike them?

I have some friends that run edelbrocks on there street rods, some like them and some don't.The newer ones I understand are adjustable to where the older ones are not. Most people that run them say that the performance is just not ther like a Holley. The edelbrocks are pretty dependable carbs.A good holley with 4 corner idle circuits and a little tweaking is the best in my opinion. But you are doing the right thing by getting opinions from others before investing the $$$.
