Well that would mean the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center,(formerly Rosemont Convention Center),and make more sense,if indeed true.

It's on the VetteFest web site as the Donald P. Steven's convention Center but it does not show up on their calander and it doesn't show up on the other's sites calender either.
