From the literature I've seen, the 3 speed manual was the base Monte only...3 speed manual was only mated to the 350 2 bbl.
But if by chance any other trans (3 speed manual, or powerglide) was bolted to any 402's... that just brings the number of 402 4 speeds down even lower.
