Even though I am primarily a Chevy guy, I like 'em all, and have always thought the 66-67 Fairlane was a sharp looking car. Darren, What the heck is a Maid-Rite Whatever it is, we didn't have one!One interesting thing we found was that the mid-grade (89 octane) gas was 5 to 10 cents per gallon cheaper than 87 octane regular in Iowa, evidently because it contains more ethanol (corn-based) than the other grades. Whatever, it ran just fine in my Tahoe pulling the car & trailer ![]()
