You are going to have to make them, as far as I know there is no source for them. There is not enough demand to reproduce them.
Get a picture of some on someone's car then take an original pontiac one and make a mold from it using model makers silicone. Then cast them, I inquired about the same topic on the board a year or so ago and also recieved no response, my dad had just cast some parts and I was going to try some 68 centers, I asked a few questions but got nothing. There are many different sources of info on the web. Google search on mold making silicone plastic casting etc.
