Yes James,

But in respect to Walmart, this is the dilemma. They have
effectively run the competition out of busniess and hooked
the country on Walmart prices ( non-US goods ). As the
jobs disappear, people have less to spend. Hence, Walmart
looks even better to them..... The cycle is scarry
