Don't do it Tommy.
That first auction, part #344330,is for a 1975 Nova ONLY,nothing else. It has a U-shaped swinging mounting flange,to contour the lower valiance, different from the one the 1969 camaro used. The 1969 Camaro used part #3913608,and should have the part no. stamped into the center of the plate backing. The second auction is the design you seek, but is missing the part # stamped into it,thanks to Taiwan. MANY Vehicles shared the 1969 Camaro License plate frame #3913608: *1969 Camaro *1968-71 Passenger *1968-72 Nova *1968-72 Chevelle *1971-77 Vega And Buick-Olds-Pontiacs all shared this part as well. I still find these at local swaps for $10.00 or so,depending on their used condition. They can be found in Junkyards here as well. |

Yeah, I sandblasted my "NOS" one before I realized it was incorrect. Thanks for the cross-reference list, thatll make it much easier. By the way.. does anyone personally know this "doug-fcmi" that bought that NOS license plate bracket on e-bay for almost $300? I noticed he is a high roller and buys a lot of dated z28 stuff close to my car. Just wondering. Thanks everyone!
