Oshawa Canada plant did code their 454 LS-5 Chevelles with B-22 "SS" door panel emblems on their special printed buildsheets.
There was at least one Baltimore 454 Chevelle coded with B-22 door emblems on its paper.
Those are the only two examples I know of that were in the minority.
