I have to agree with Mark!!! The L88 would be my choice to run in a car.

With exhaust manifolds, it's gonna be a toss up between the 2...the L88 has a better intake but is down on cubes, but the LS6 makes good use of the 27 extra cubes but the intake is a killer...but with headers I would put my money on the L88...
