I will leave that up to the owner to share.

Would this be a white one from NJ? If it is the owner worked at my Dad's gas station in the late 70's early 80's.

Joe, your Richies son??? I was a young punk hanging around with the kid's who worked for your dad. I was a freshman in high school in New Providence and was good friends with all those guys. I don't know if you knew any of them... Grant, Steve, Alex with the chevelle in question and a few others.

How is your father and does he still have the '55? Man that was a sweet ride. It was the first car in the area to have a nash 5-speed.

I used to love going to your dads Gulf station and seeing all the cars.

Do you remember any other cars from the area. I remember Alex's motion with the 5" snorkel scoop w/ "WHITE LIGHTINING" painted on it.
Rich.

Was Alex's car a 70 B/M Chevelle? Do you know what happened to his Chevelle or any of its history?

Thanks,

SGC

I know it was a motion car. I was only 8 or 9 years old but rember the "motion" badges on it. I don't think he was the original owner..He was 17 or 18 in 1980. It could have been a car that was motion modified. My dad tells me that there were a few motion modified cars in the area in the early 70's.

Out of curiosity, was the guy's name Alex or Alexander who worked at your dad's station who owned the Motion Chevelle? Also, was the station near the Cherry Hill area?

Thanks,

SGC
