Making a guesstimate I think it would bring at least 160K minimum... JQ.

$160K?
For a rolling shell? Maybe for a #1 resto.
I should be so lucky!

How much will the restoration cost?
Even an "easy" resto can run $50K. Just the tear down for stripping and having the paint sprayed could run $20K.
Great car, I hope he enjoys it as much as I do mine.

the purchase price after 6 months and minds being changed
10 times was 60k so after resto total cost should be around
120k which should be a bargain
crg has missed again Kurt the car was dealer tranfered
and Lupe Ramos who we purchassed the car from bought from a dealer in alabama and his name is on the protecto plate
so i believe that would make him the original owner
feel free to correct me if wrong!!!
anyone out there have 3 dimpled rods and a crank?

I would love to find out who the original owner was of my car, but unless someone steps forward, or I get really lucky, I guess I'll just have to be happy with what I have.
I replaced 3 rods when rebuilding my motor, but I don't know what happened to them.
Great find! Send more pics as it's being restored.

WOW!!!! My dream car in my favorite color and a Berger car to boot. Awesome find.

Hey Z10, I am interested in knowing how you stumbled on that one?

Z10rod,
The protect-o-plate for your Berger Copo is a second owner protect-o-plate, not the original owner plate with all the drivetrain information. Kurt with CRG was correct.
