Already a lot of junk going through for big money.
The buyers don't look that stupid.
I guess looks are deceiving.

It's fantasy-land out there.

I bought the Hugger Orange L78 that came across just before the black Z28. Canadian docs, original drivetrain, runs like a top. I'm happy.

Hey Denis...Too bad I didn't get a "I crush you" picture of you bidding on it...Really nice car.

Say hi tomorrow!

I was sitting right next to the guy that was bidding against you...

Are any of you guys having problems with the picture quality? All I can see are reflections of all those spot lights on the cars and it creates light "stars" on the TV screen from the camera lens. Very annoying. I can't appreciate the chrome or paint. It looks horrible.

Pure Hollywood smoke and mirrors. Alcohol induced bidding frenzy creates artificially high sale prices. I have been to this caliber auction locally and chose not to participate due to the overprivledged macho factor that sometimes blankets the scene. Love the cars tho, I watch on mute. Not my scene at all.

Why watch it if you truly feel that way. To me it is an exciting event that has something for everyone. It also is a good barometer for what the market will bring this year.

All the sparkles you see from the cars on TV can be done with a special piece that goes on over your camera lens. It is like a fine wire screen. They are using all the tricks that they can think of.....like the guy waving the checkered flag all the time. I'm impressed.
